New Year's Eve Cruise competition terms and conditions
Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them

Competition Rules.
To enter the Competition an Entrant must answer the question correctly and enter all required details.
Incomplete entries may not be counted.
Entrants must be a resident in Kent and live in the BR, CT, DA, ME, or TN postcode areas.
Winners will be selected at random from correct entries and contacted.
This competition starts on 9th December and closes at 23:00 on 22nd December 2025.
Prize:
A pair (2) of tickets for New Year’s Eve sailing from Gravesend, including a welcome drink, and a box of nibbles, PLUS two tickets for a regular Gravesend sailing for another time.
New Year's Eve terms and conditions
The winner will receive two tickets (worth £195 each) for a New Year's Eve Cruise from Gravesend Pier on 31 December 2025, organised by Uber Boat by Thames Clippers.
A New Year's Eve Cruise package includes: a river cruise with views of London's New Year's Eve fireworks, a snack box, a welcome glass of red or white wine (soft drink alternative available), live music.
Prize is not transferable to another individual and not exchangeable for cash or for another type of ticket.
If the winner cannot attend the event no compensation can be offered.
Passengers are responsible for arriving at the departure pier at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. No refunds or exchanges will be given for late arrivals or no-shows.
Uber Boat by Thames Clippers is not responsible for the Mayor of London’s New Year’s Eve fireworks. This official fireworks display is entirely independent of our cruise operations and beyond our control. In the event that the official London New Year's Eve fireworks display is cancelled, postponed or modified, for any reason, the cruise will continue as scheduled.
Cruise departs Gravesend Pier at 21:00 and passengers will be drop off again at the same pier for 01:40. Passengers need to be at the pier 15 minutes before departure time.
Only small bags are permitted on board, defined as A4 size or smaller (21cm x 30cm) or a standard handbag.
The following items are forbidden: Alcohol, Food and drink, Weapons, tools, or offensive items (e.g., knives, batons), Drones, E-scooters and e-unicycles, Items prohibited under UK law.
Gravesend trip terms and conditions
The winner will receive two All-Day tickets (worth £32.90 each) for a Gravesend trip to London with Uber Boat by Thames Clippers.
An All-Day ticket includes a return ticket to Gravesend Pier and unlimited usage of the River Bus services in London.
The winner will receive a voucher to be redeemed by 29 March 2026, subject to availability.
